Community Overview

Maricopa lies approximately 15 miles west of Interstate 10 and 15 miles north of Interstate 8. The city was officially incorporated on October 15, 2003, becoming the 88th incorporated city in Arizona. It's population is 44,803 (2012). Despite of the big growth the city experienced in 2005-2008, it has not lost the "small town" characteristic.

There are several communities in the city, ranging from the award winning adult community to the acreage community. Whatever your life style is, you will find the great place to call a home!
